Das Drehen ist ein zentrales Angebot der ZERMOTECH GmbH. Wir nutzen sowohl CNC-gesteuerte als auch konventionelle Drehmaschinen. Beim Drehen werden durch das Abtrennen von Spänen Werkstücke, sogenannte Drehteile, geformt. Diese rotieren um ihre Achse, während das Werkzeug die gewünschte Kontur abfährt. Unsere Ausstattung umfasst acht CNC-Drehmaschinen verschiedener Größen, die durch numerische Programme gesteuert werden. Dank integrierter Schnittstellen können CAD-Dateien geladen werden, was eine präzise Fertigung ermöglicht. Zusätzlich verfügen wir über eine zyklengesteuerte Drehmaschine, die die Bedienerfreundlichkeit einer konventionellen Maschine mit der Vielseitigkeit einer CNC-Anlage kombiniert. Drei konventionelle Drehmaschinen mit Drehdurchmessern von 3 bis 400 mm und Bearbeitungslängen bis zu 1000 mm ergänzen unser Angebot.

High removal rates are achieved especially when machining hardened or high-tensile materials, even with large projection lengths. These results are delivered by the proven high-feed geometry of the 9 mm small indexable inserts, their positive rake angle, the new LCK10M cutting material with high carbide content and the TiAlN-based high-performance coating. The machining of high-tensile steels up to 63 HRC and chilled cast iron up to 67 HRC presents no problem. The machining time for one type of tempered steel was almost half that of a competitor tool.
